1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • High School, Trade school or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment including ability to set up & operate lathe, drill press & other metal working tools
  • Perform oil changes, machine repairs & cleanings
  • Ability to work on HVAC equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to operate a forklift truck
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Toolmaker - 4-slide

2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs 4-slide experience
  • Experience in trouble shooting and production of 4-slide
  • Working knowledge of ISO Quality standards
  • Knowledge & understanding of lean manufacturing
  • Ability to read blueprints as needed for production and tooling

Tool Design Engineer - Engineering

1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalent skills
  • Minimum 3 yrs CAD experience.
  • Latest version of Auto CAD preferred & knowledge of Solidworks a plus
  • Minimum 5 yrs design experience in fourslide or power press
  • Strong working knowledge of tool room equipment & procedures
  • Demonstrate a style of participate management in problem solving, project implementation & continuous improvement objectives

Toolmaker - Secondary Power Press

2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Press set-up & operation experience as well as open and closed tooling
  • Ability to use common inspection equipment ie: micrometer, calipers, optical comparator
  • In-process inspection and documentation experience required
  • Supervisory skills preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Pressroom Set-up Person - Metalform Auto PP

1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing with experience in set-up/operation of stamping equipment, presses, straighteners & decoilers
  • Ability to read blueprints and inspect complex stamping to blueprint
  • Good communication skills and organizational aptitude
  • Knowledge of progressive dies, toolmaking & lean practices a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently & unassisted

Director of Quality Assurance - Quality

1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in quality assurance management in a manufacturing facility
  • Expert knowledge of ISO and AS procedures and related audit procedures (13485 exp. A plus)
  • Experience in CA/PA techniques, SPC, Continuous Improvement, Lean Enterprise
  • Metal stamping, forming and spring manufacturing experience a big plus
