CNC Specialist - CNC

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years exp. in set-up/running/programming of CNC machines
  • 5 years experience in using Master Cam
  • Blueprint reading & interpretation skills needed including GD&T
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Quality Inspector - Quality

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs minimum exp in manufacturing (metal fabrication through machining & stamping) in a Manufacturing or Quality Engineering role
  • Exp. In Aerospace, Medical, Defense & Automotive quality tools & documentation (PPAPS, IQ, OQ, PQ) Exposure to FDA & ITAR compliance with good communication skills
  • Strong understanding of all "blueprint" GDT requirements & exposure to inspection methods (vision, touch probe, laser) with programming capabilities preferred
  • Understanding of quality tools (gage calibration, Gage R&R, SPC). Ability to perform all manual layout type inspections with related equipment
  • Ability to function in a Team environment (SDWT), respond to changing priorities, take direction from Sr. leadership and lead quality inspectors in operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Fourslide Set Up - Fourslide

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) (1 opening)

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am) (1 opening)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience setting-up four-slide machines.
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints for production manufacturing
  • Working knowledge & practical experience in the use of statistical process control & production
  • Strong math skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, Gages, Optical comparators)
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Apprentice Toolmaker - Fourslide

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Minimum of 2 years exp. In a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with manufacturing machinery & measuring tools a plus
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Machine Operator - Fourslide

2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Toolmaker Machinist - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience
  • Ability to operate machine shop equipment:
  • Bridgeport, Proto-Trak, Surface Grinders, Lathes, etc
  • Ability to fabricate fixtures, gauges & machine parts
  • Design, build, modify and improve small automated assembly machines
  • Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, modify & maintain production machinery throughout the plant
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Electrician - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • E2 CT. Electrical License
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in industrial wiring
  • Electrical machine repair and troubleshooting experience required
  • Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety practices
  • Sensor application experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Fourslide Toolmaker - Fourslide

2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience on four slide tooling
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints for tooling and production
  • Working knowledge & practical experience in the use of statistical process control & production
  • Standards, cost of quality and manufacturing methods
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, Gages, Optical comparators)
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Quality Technician - Quality

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs minimum exp in a QC leadership or Sr. Inspection role
  • Experience required in metal parts fabrication inspection (stamping, CNC machining, spring fabrication)
  • Experience required in all phases of part inspection with a strong background in all manual and lay out measurement techniques & equipment
  • Experience required in Gage Calibration, SPC and statistical tools as required to execute PPAP, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols (Aerospace, Medical, Defense)
  • MUST know all current GDT formats & specifications
  • Ability to direct inspection set ups (on complex machined components), monitor work flow and respond to changing priorities
  • Minimum of 5 yrs experience operating and programming OGP Inspection Systems (vision, laser and touch). Keyance Inspection Systems knowledge preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted
