Machinist - Machine Maintenance
1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm
Qualifications:
- High School, Trade school or equivalent
- Minimum 5 yrs experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment including ability to set up & operate lathe, drill press & other metal working tools
- Perform oil changes, machine repairs & cleanings
- Ability to work on HVAC equipment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to operate a forklift truck
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted
Set-up Person - 4-slide
2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 yrs set-up experience on 4-slide machines
- Ability to read blueprints as needed for production
- Experienced in the use of statistical process control, production standards
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
Set-up / Operate Person - CNC
2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Ability to use and understand common inspection equipment such as: micrometer, pin gage, optical comparator
- Must have the manual dexterity needed for loading & unloading of fixtures
- Must have experience in running & setup of Vertical CNC
- Read & understand Blueprints and GD&T
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly & unassisted
Manufacturing Estimating Coordinator - Estimating
1st shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualifications:
- Full understanding of Metal Stamping/Fourslide & outside vendor processes
- Must be CAD literate
- Understanding of blue print interpretation and geometric tolerance
- Must be proficient in creating spread sheets
- 2-4 yrs experience in multi-tasking project tracking
