Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience tooling, setting & trouble shooting 4slide machines
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production of manufacturing as well as tool prints
  • Working knowledge & practical experience in the use of statistical process control & production
  • Strong math skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, Optical comparators)
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Set-up Person - Fourslide

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience setting & trouble shooting 4slide machines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to set up and operate Torin 12A, 125, 13A or any other Spring coiling equipment a plus
  • Ability to inspect loads & rate, use micrometers, verniers and optical comparator, gage pins
  • Knowledge in Blueprint reading & interpretation
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Set-up Person – Small Coil

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to set up and operate Sleeper & Hartley Series 791, 7900, 720 & Torrington W-10A or any other Spring coiling equipment a plus
  • Ability to inspect loads & rate, use micrometers, verniers and optical comparator, gage pins
  • Knowledge in Blueprint reading & interpretation

Toolmaker - Secondary Power Press

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exp. in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Quality Support Administrator - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 yrs experience in a Quality role
  • Job shop experience, springs, stampings, screw machine, plastic molding ideal
  • Experience with quality requirements related to the Aerospace, Medical or Automotive a plus
  • Math & Blueprint reading skills required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) are required
  • Working knowledge of GDT a plus
  • Familiarity with Cad and blueprint software
  • Ability to balloon drawings, prepare first piece & final inspection documents, prepare reports, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task with changing priorities
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Must be able to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to function in a SDWT environment
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Quality Technician 2 - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs minimum exp in a manufacturing industry (metal fabrication through machining & stamping) in a Quality Tech or inspection role (Spring Mfg a plus)
  • Experience in Aerospace, Medical, Defense & Automotive quality inspection requirements
  • Strong understanding of all "blueprint" GD&T requirements & experience with all inspection methods (vision, touch probe. laser) with programming capability preferred (OGP, Brown & Sharpe, etc)
  • Understanding of quality tools (gage calibration, Gage R&R, SPC). Ability to perform all manual layout type inspections with related equipment
  • Ability to function in a Team environment (SDWT), respond to changing priorities, take direction from Sr. leadership and lead quality inspectors in operations
  • Ability to lift up to 351bs unassisted

Supervisor - CNC

2nd shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Must be experienced in CNC vertical milling centers
  • Ability to read prints and understand dimensions
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine and tool issues, understand tolerances
  • Background in Master Cam programming a plus
  • Leadership background within a team working atmosphere
  • Must be well organized
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Accounting Associate – PART TIME - Finance

1st shift – 20 hrs (between 7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Accounts payable exp-3 way matching, coding & entering invoices.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically ERP system
  • Hours are M-F between 7:00am-3:30pm for a total of 20 hrs
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Human Resource Manager - Human Resources

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Experience in managing employment, training, employee relations
  • AAP knowledge, compensation & benefit administration including 401(k) required
  • Health & Safety, payroll & compliance experience also required
