2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am) - Full time or Part time available (part time hours flexible..split shift, any days for 2nd shift)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exp. in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred

Fourslide Toolmaker - Tool Cell - **HIRING BONUS**

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • FourSlide / Multi-Slide tooling Minimum of 5 years experience in the Set-up, Trouble shooting & Production.
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with ISO quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean Mfg and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5s, etc)

Progressive Toolmaker – Auto Power Press - **HIRING BONUS**

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience as a journeyman toolmaker
  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot complex progressive stamping dies
  • Quality oriented self starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to read & understand blueprints & GDT as needed for production manufacturing
  • Progressive stamping background required

Process Engineer - Engineering / Tool Cell

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineer.
  • Strong computer skills- All Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CAD-CAM software: Auto-Cad / SolidWorks etc…
  • Knowledge of Lean mfg (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5S, etc)
  • Experience / Knowledge of Six-Sigma.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written.

Wire EDM – Set-up / Operator

2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to set-up and operate Wire EDM machines: Agie - Charmille & Mitubishi
  • Strong computer skills- DP Tech – Esprit - All Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using CAD-CAM software: Auto-Cad / SolidWorks etc…
  • Ability to understand and verify/inspect using toolroom equipment detail prints with specific machine tolerance
  • Working knowledge of basic toolroom equipment (including but not limited to) – Grinding / Drill Press /EDM Hole Drilling

Set up / Operator - Auto Power Press - 2 openings

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 yrs experience in set up and operation of department equipment
  • Experience working with 100-300 ton stamping presses
  • Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to machine tools & equipment as required to support production
  • May operate as needed to meet department requirements
  • Ability to remove tools from equipment for major repairs or service or at conclusion of a production run
  • Assist department tool & diemakers with trouble shooting and analysis
  • May include responsibility for instructing & working with department operators
  • Participate in LEAN, 5s and SDWT projects
  • Strong solid understanding of basic QC tools and the ability to perform in process and first piece inspection

Machine Maintenance Department Supervisor - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience repairing industrial machinery
  • Tool making or machinist trade certification preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage small department using Lean concepts
  • Ability to schedule work, provide knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice when needed

Maintenance Machinist - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, upgrade & maintain production machinery throughout the plant
  • Ability to set-up and operate machine shop equipment such as milling machines, lathes, saws and surface grinders
  • Experience operating forklift trucks
  • Welding experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Quality Technician 2 - Quality - 3 openings

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 6 month-1 yr minimum experience in a manufacturing industry in a Quality Tech role
  • High school or technical school education or equivalent with Mathematics emphasis
  • Ability to stage parts for measurement according to the print and/or specification including GD&T specifications as appropriate
  • Ability to record quality results on inspection sheets, maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels or quality studies
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, environmental, safety and good housekeeping standards

Material Handler - Receiving

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, hand truck
  • Basic Math & computer skills
  • Ability to understand and follow direction with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted and be mobile for majority of day

  • Working knowledge of Caron System & Elbo Control Tool Setter required
  • Experience operating CNC machines, creating new programs with ability to make adjustments to existing programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 yr experience preferred
  • Ability to use standard measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, optical comparator, CMM)
  • Ability to trouble shoot part deviation issues
  • Ability to make off sets
  • Required to maintain production records
  • Manual dexterity skills required

CNC Programmer - CNC

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 yrs experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent with additional college-level courses in engineering and/or management desired
  • Proficient in computer aided machining processes. (i.e. Master Cam, FANUC control, etc.)
  • Ability to edit and/or create complex CNC programs, to support production requirements
  • Working knowledge of Caron System & Elbo Control Tool Setter required
  • Experience operating CNC machines, creating new programs with ability to make adjustments to existing programs
  • Working knowledge of all measuring equipment – CMM, dial indicators, comparator etc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher from accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent
  • 10+ years exp in a manufacturing environment with aerospace, automotive & medical quality standards
  • Hands on inspection experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers & company personnel at all levels is essential
  • Strong computer skills (word, excel, etc)
  • Visual ability (corrected) to read directions & prints in order to inspect parts closely to ensure that they meet required specifications

Qualifications:

  • Set up and ensure operation of departmental machinery
  • Ability to make minor repairs to machine tools
  • Ability to replace old with new tools

MFG Engineer - Metal Form

1st shift (7:00am-4:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • CNC Program exp., Master Cam, FANUC Controls, Tsugami, Bridgeport, Program creation & editing required
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • 4-6 yrs exp in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean mfg and its components
  • Ability to read blue prints and analyze GDT requirements
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality standards & practical experience with the use of statistical process control in a production environment
  • Strong verbal & written technical communication skills

Electrician - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • High School, Trade School graduate
  • Must possess at a minimum an E-2 Connecticut electrical license
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in an industrial environment
  • Solid troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong knowledge of motor controls
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
