Toolmaker - Secondary Power Press

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)


  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exp. in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Tool & Diemaker – Progressive - Auto Power Press

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)


  • 5+ yrs experience as a production toolmaker
  • Strong skills in progressive die troubleshooting
  • Experience in progressive draw work is a plus
  • Ability to use all toolroom equipment
  • Form grinding experience
  • Self starter-motivated
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Fourslide Toolmaker - Tool Cell

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)


  • FourSlide / Multi-Slide tooling Minimum of 5 years experience in the Set-up, Trouble shooting & Production.
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with ISO quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean Mfg and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5s, etc)
  • Experience with production standards and manufacturing methods.
  • Self Motivated and Detail driven work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Itaya Set-up Person - Auto Loop

1st shift


  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to set up typical Multi-Axis Itaya CNC wire formers (MCX and MX type machines)
  • Ability to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, comparator)
  • Ability to read & interpret Blueprints in English & Metric
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communications skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Quality Technician 1 - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)


  • 6 months-1 yr minimum exp in a manufacturing industry in a Quality Tech role
  • High school or technical school education or equivalent with Mathematics emphasis
  • Ability to stage parts for measurement according to the print and/or specification including GD&T specifications as appropriate
  • Ability to record quality results on inspection sheets, maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels or quality studies
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, environmental and safety and good housekeeping standards
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
