Set-up Person - Fourslide

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience setting & trouble shooting fourslide machines
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production of manufacturing
  • Working knowledge & practical experience in the use of statistical process control & production
  • Strong math skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, Optical comparators)
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Toolmaker - Secondary Power Press

1st shift (6:00am-3:30pm)

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exp. in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Itaya Set-up Person-Auto Loop

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to set up typical Multi-Axis Itaya CNC wire formers (MCX and MX type machines)
  • Ability to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, comparator)
  • Ability to read & interpret Blueprints in English & Metric
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communications skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Maintenance Machinist - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience
  • Ability to trouble shoot and repair industrial machinery
  • Ability to operate tool room equipment required
  • Capable of designing & building assembly fixtures and gages to close tolerances required
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Machine building experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

CNC Programmer – CNC

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in programming of CNC vertical machining centers and Master Cam
  • Ability to perform tool offsets & set tool heights
  • Ability to read and comprehend prints
  • Ability to use & understand common measuring tools / equipment (micrometers, pin gages, etc)
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs repeatedly & unassisted

CNC Machine Specialist – CNC

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

2nd shift (2:00pm-1:30am)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years exp. in set-up/running/programming of CNC Vertical Milling Machines
  • Able to run and adjust production of Aerospace, Medical, Defense and Automotive components (short run & high volume)
  • Must be capable of setting up a production job from an empty machine
  • Capable of inspecting parts with standard inspection equipment
  • Blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge required
  • Ability to train others on machine and inspection concepts/operations; Some previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc CNC controls and MasterCAM is preferred
  • Able to work in a lean/team environment and adjust to changing priorities
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to be flexible with overtime, start time, and Saturday work when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted
  • Observe all safety and housekeeping requirements

Quality Tech/Documentation – Quality Control

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • CAD experience preferred
  • Microsoft office experience required (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Control documentation highly preferred
  • Blueprint reading & GD&T highly preferred
  • Willing to learn in a fast paced quality department
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Quality Technician II - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs minimum exp in a manufacturing industry (metal fabrication through machining & stamping) in a Sr. Quality Tech (inspector) or Associate QE role.
  • Ability to perform various inspections using all standard lab equipment (layout, comparator, tool scope, etc).
  • Experience in Aerospace, Medical, Defense & Automotive quality inspection requirements with a strong understanding of their required inspection documentation.
  • Excellent understanding of all "blueprint" GD&T requirements & experience with set up and inspection methods (vision, touch probe. laser). Programming capability preferred.
  • Understanding of quality tools (gage calibration, Gage R&R, SPC).
  • Ability to amass data and input into required documentation and assist in analysis.
  • Ability to function in a Team environment (SDWT), respond to changing priorities, take direction from Sr. leadership and lead quality inspectors in operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.

Team Leader - Fourslide

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Fourslide machines preferred but not required
  • Moderate computer skills required with ability to run, read and interpret manufacturing reports
  • Management experience required
  • Job scheduling experience and labor direction skills required
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Fourslide Toolmaker - Tool Cell

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Set-up, Trouble shooting & production of progressive, compound & secondary tooling.
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with ISO quality standards and the use of statistical process control in a production environment
  • Understanding of Mfg Engineering/Quality Engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean Mfg and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5s, etc)
  • Experience with production standards, cost of quality & manufacturing methods
  • Detail & Task driven work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs
