Set-up Person - Fourslide

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience setting & trouble shooting fourslide machines
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production of manufacturing
  • Working knowledge & practical experience in the use of statistical process control & production
  • Strong math skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, Optical comparators)
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Toolmaker - Fourslide

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred

Supervisor - Fourslide

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience required w/ability to enforce company policies and procedures
  • Strong background in Fourslide and related manufacturing processes
  • Ability to plan, schedule and provide daily direction
  • Experience working in a team atmosphere and lean manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read prints and understand dimensions and tolerances

Designer - Fourslide (Fourslide/Progressive Tooling)

1st shift

CSS is looking for an experienced Toolmaker wanting to take the next step to become a Designer. CSS is offering training & time to learn both Auto-Cad and Solid works software to enhance the ability to become an effective & efficient Designer.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years Tool Maker experience in Progressive Die- Fourslide
  • CAD-Auto Cad-Solid works a plus
  • Capability of using measuring equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

CNC Screw Machine Specialist - CNC

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years exp. in set-up/running/programming of CNC Swiss Lathe machines
  • Knowledge of Vertical Milling Centers required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in using Master Cam or other programming software
  • Knowledgeable in tooling for CNC Swiss machines
  • Blueprint reading & interpretation skills needed, GD&T knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in a lean and team environment
  • Experience with Macro programming helpful but not necessary
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted
  • Ability to be flexible with overtime, start time, and Saturday work when required.
  • Capable of checking parts with standard inspection equipment

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in CNC verticle milling centers with Master Cam X6, X7, X8 exp. With wire form geometry
  • Experienced with FANUC control machines
  • Ability to perform tool offsets, tool changes & set tool heights
  • Experience in trouble shooting 3 axis VMC’s
  • Ability to read prints and understand dimensions & tolerances
  • Ability to use & understand common measuring tools / equipment (micrometers, pin gages, etc)
  • Knowledge of “MACRO” Programming a plus

Quality Engineer - Quality

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs minimum exp in manufacturing (metal fabrication through machining & stamping) in a Manufacturing Engineering or Quality engineering role. Spring Mfg experience a plus
  • Exp. In Aerospace, Medical, Defense & Automotive quality tools & documentation (PPAPS, IQ, OQ, PQ) interfacing with the customer. Exposure to FDA and ITAR compliance
  • Strong understanding of all “blueprint” GDT requirements & exposure to inspection methods (vision, touch probe, laser) with programming capabilities preferred. Experience in Gage calibration control & methods, gage qualification through GRR and other statistical methods.
  • Well versed in all quality tools (capability analysis CpK, Cp, PpK, DOE, FMEA, SPC) with ablity to carry out analysis and summary reports. Well versed in CAR, NCR & CAPA corrective action scenarios, ability to lead corrective action meetings, actions plant wide & manage CAR system
  • Ability to function in a team environment (SDWT), respond to changing priorities, take direction from Sr. Leadership & lead Teams through all quality related requirements and projects.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Quality Technician II - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs minimum exp in a manufacturing industry (metal fabrication through machining & stamping) in a Sr. Quality Tech (inspector) orAssociate QE role.
  • Ability to perform various inspections using all standard lab equipment (layout, comparator, tool scope, etc)
  • Experience in Aerospace, Medical, Defense & Automotive quality inspection requirements with a strong understanding of their required inspection documentation.
  • Excellent understanding of all "blueprint" GD&T requirements & experience with set up and inspection methods (vision, touch probe. laser). Programming capability preferred
  • Understanding of quality tools (gage calibration, Gage R&R, SPC).
  • Ability to amass data and input into required documentation and assist in analysis
  • Ability to function in a Team environment (SDWT), respond to changing priorities, take direction from Sr. leadership and lead quality inspectors in operations

Itaya Set-up Person-Auto Loop

Qualifications:

  • Ability to set up typical Multi-Axis Itaya CNC wire formers (MCX and MX type machines)

  • Ability to read & interpret Blueprints in English & Metric

Wire EDM - Programmer & Set-up - Tool Cell/Wire EDM

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • 5 years Program experience - Esprit
  • 5 yrs exp in set-up & operation of Wire EDM machines
  • Full CAD-CAM capabilities
  • Understanding of component & assembly Blueprint reading
  • EDM Sinker/Tool Room & Inspection equipment abilities required
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Administrative Support - Quality Control Dept - Temporary Position (6 months to 1 year)

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel, Word, and Power Point) required. Familiar with Cad Cam and Discus {blueprint support programs) or the ability to train and become proficient in an abbreviated time frame.
  • Quality Control experience (quality inspection, receiving inspection, OV, logistics, etc.) with background in documentation processes and procedures. Ability to articulate and transcribe data (numerical and language) onto quality control documentation. Knowledge of calibration systems
  • Blueprint or material specification experience with an ability to comprehend data on these type documents while working with engineering to clarify issues as found. Corrective Action system experience (entering, processing, etc.) or the ability to train and become proficient in an abbreviated time
  • Must be able to multi-task in an environment with changing priorities. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization working with internal customers. Must be able to work on projects (Safety, Quality, Delivery or Cost) and meet project deadlines.
  • Must be able to function (and assist leadership) in a SDWT environment. Must understand QC metrics and their tracking

Customer Service Representative - Customer Service

1st shift (8:00pm-4:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 2 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or demonstration of equivalent skills
