Toolmaker - Secondary Power Press

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exp. in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Itaya Set-up Person-Auto Loop

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to set up typical Multi-Axis Itaya CNC wire formers (MCX and MX type machines)
  • Ability to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, comparator)
  • Ability to read & interpret Blueprints in English & Metric
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communications skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Fourslide Toolmaker - Tool Cell

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Set-up, Trouble shooting & production of progressive, compound & secondary tooling.
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with ISO quality standards and the use of statistical process control in a production environment
  • Understanding of Mfg Engineering/Quality Engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean Mfg and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5s, etc)
  • Experience with production standards, cost of quality & manufacturing methods
  • Detail & Task driven work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Tool & Diemaker - Secondary Power Press

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Press set up & operation experience preferable
  • Experienced in open tooling required
  • Ability to use common inspection equipment & methods and to perform 1st piece inspection
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently to complete assignments
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Maintenance Machinist - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience
  • Ability to trouble shoot and repair industrial machinery
  • Ability to operate tool room equipment required
  • Capable of designing & building assembly fixtures and gages to close tolerances required
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Machine building experience a plus

Quality Technician II – Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years exp. in a manufacturing industry (metal fabrication through machining & stamping) in a Sr. Quality Tech (inspector) or Associate QE role.
  • DSQR Certificate preferred
  • Ability to perform various inspections using all standard lab equipment (layout, comparator, tool scope, etc)
  • Experience in Aerospace, Medical, Defense & Automotive quality inspection requirements with a strong understanding of their inspection documentation
  • Excellent understanding of all "blueprint" GD&T requirements & experience with set up and inspection methods (vision, touch probe, laser). Programming capability preferred
  • Understanding of quality tools (gage calibration, Gage R&R, SPC). Ability to amass data and input into required documentation and assist in analysis
  • Ability to function in a Team environment (SDWT), respond to changing priorities, take direction from Sr. leadership and lead quality inspectors in operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Program Manager – Sales

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar or related roles in a technology or manufacturing environment/industry.
  • Bachelors degree in technical or business field preferred
  • Ability to manage customer product programs & projects from development through production in a manufacturing environment (OEM industrial markets)
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to complete projects
  • Strong cooperation and relationship building skills required for working with internal and external team members, customers and partners.
  • Ability to develop pricing from cost models, preparation of quotes and proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs, and to make presentations to internal and external customers
  • Operating with a customer-focused mindset while maximizing opportunities that fit with CSS strategies and capabilities
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs
