Toolmaker - Secondary Power Press - **HIRING BONUS**

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am) - Full time or Part time available (part time hours flexible..split shift, any days for 2nd shift)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exp. in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set-up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary presses
  • Management experience preferred

Toolmaker – Tool Cell - **HIRING BONUS**

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have Fourslide experience
  • Ability to read - understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with the use of statistical process control in production environments.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality standards and practical experience with the use of statistical process control in a production environment.
  • An understanding of Manufacturing Engineering - Quality Engineering - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5S, etc.).
  • Familiar with principles of concurrent engineering and design for manufacturing and assembly
  • Experience with production standards, cost of quality and manufacturing methods.
  • Detail & Task driven work ethic.

Machinist & Co-Team Leader

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience repairing industrial machinery
  • Tool making or machinist trade certification preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage small department using Lean concepts
  • Ability to schedule work, provide knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice when needed
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to build & maintain gages & fixtures

Maintenance Machinist - Maintenance

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, upgrade & maintain production machinery throughout the plant
  • Ability to set-up and operate machine shop equipment such as milling machines, lathes, saws and surface grinders
  • Experience operating forklift trucks
  • Welding experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Set-up Operator - Auto Power Press

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience in ClassA progressive die set up & operation working with 60 to 300 ton automatic power presses.
  • Knowledge of Wintriss and servo feed controls
  • Strong blue print & GDT knowledge
  • Working knowledge and usage of measuring equipment and gages
  • Forklift experience
  • Willing to train to increase skill set to meet department requirements and work Team based
  • Experience in Bruder & Fien Blank preferred but not required

Machine Programmer - Tool Cell CNC

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 2 years minimum experience programming & operating specific machines
  • High School, Trade School graduate or demonstrated equivalent skills
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints
  • Ability to use measuring equipment
  • A very high degree of precision and control is required
  • Proficient in computer aided machining processes
  • Proficient in specific machinery of responsibility (i.e. CNC)

Quality Technician 2 - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 6 month-1 yr minimum experience in a manufacturing industry in a Quality Tech role
  • High school or technical school education or equivalent with Mathematics emphasis
  • Ability to stage parts for measurement according to the print and/or specification including GD&T specifications as appropriate
  • Ability to record quality results on inspection sheets, maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels or quality studies
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, environmental, safety and good housekeeping standards

CNC Technical Specialist - CNC

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in CNC Technical Specialist role
  • High School graduate or equivalent with additional college-level courses in engineering and/or management desired
  • Proficient with Master Cam
  • Working knowledge of Caron System & Elbo Control Tool Setter required
  • Experience operating CNC machines, creating new programs with ability to make adjustments to existing programs
  • Working knowledge of all measuring equipment – CMM, dial indicators, comparator etc
  • Strong reasoning abilities with sound judgment
  • Solid communication skills both verbal & written

CNC Programmer - CNC

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 yrs experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent with additional college-level courses in engineering and/or management desired
  • Proficient in computer aided machining processes. (i.e. Master Cam, FANUC control, etc.)
  • Ability to edit and/or create complex CNC programs, to support production requirements
  • Working knowledge of Caron System & Elbo Control Tool Setter required
  • Experience operating CNC machines, creating new programs with ability to make adjustments to existing programs
  • Working knowledge of all measuring equipment – CMM, dial indicators, comparator etc
  • Strong reasoning abilities with sound judgment

Quality Technician 2 / DSQR - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Perform inspections on parts using hand tools, comparators and other inspection equipment
  • Primary responsibility will be DSQR / source inspector
  • High school or technical school education or equivalent with Mathematics emphasis
  • Ability to record quality results on inspection forms. Ability to maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels or quality studies
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, environmental, safety and good housekeeping standards

Wire EDM Setup Operator - Wire EDM

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in Wire EDM machining – Mitsubishi a plus
  • Solid understanding of measurement equipment and blueprint reading knowledge
  • Knowledge of System 3R vises
  • Basic knowledge of Windows File Explorer
