1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience repairing industrial machinery
  • Tool making or machinist trade certification preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage small department using Lean concepts
  • Ability to schedule work, provide knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice when needed
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to work OT as required

Progressive Toolmaker – Auto Power Press - **TOP PAY FOR TOOLMAKERS** **HIRING BONUS**

2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience as a journeyman toolmaker
  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot complex progressive stamping dies
  • Quality oriented self starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to read & understand blueprints & GDT as needed for production manufacturing
  • Progressive stamping background required

Qualifications:

  • Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to machine tools & equipment as required to support production
  • May operate as needed to meet department requirements
  • Ability to remove tools from equipment for major repairs or service or at conclusion of a production run
  • Assist department tool & diemakers with trouble shooting and analysis
  • May include responsibility for instructing & working with department operators
  • Participate in LEAN, 5s and SDWT projects
  • Strong solid understanding of basic QC tools and the ability to perform in process and first piece inspection

  • Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to machine tools & equipment as required to support production

Qualifications:

  • FourSlide / Multi-Slide tooling Minimum of 5 years experience in the Set-up, Trouble shooting & Production.
  • Ability to read/understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with ISO quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean Mfg and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5s, etc)
  • Experience with production standards and manufacturing methods.

Qualifications:

  • Set up and ensure operation of departmental machinery

  • Good communication skills both verbal & written

Set up / Operator – Fourslide

2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in set up & operation of Fourslide department equipment
  • Ability to work independently setting up, adjusting & operating Fourslide machines (V81 & V82 experience preferred)
  • Ability to make minor repairs & adjustments to machine tools & equipment as required to support production demands,
  • May operate machine as needed to meet department requirements
  • Ability to remove tools from equipment for major repair/service or at conclusion of a production run.
  • Assist department tool & die makers with trouble shooting and analysis
  • May include responsibility for instructing & working with department operators
  • Participate in LEAN, 5s and SDWT projects
  • Strong solid understanding of basic QC tools and the ability to perform in process and first piece inspection
  • ASQ Certified Calibration Technician preferred but not required

CNC Programmer - CNC

1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 yrs experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent with additional college-level courses in engineering and/or management desired
  • Proficient in computer aided machining processes. (i.e. Master Cam, FANUC control, etc.)
  • Ability to edit and/or create complex CNC programs, to support production requirements
  • Working knowledge of Caron System & Elbo Control Tool Setter required
  • Experience operating CNC machines, creating new programs with ability to make adjustments to existing programs
  • Working knowledge of all measuring equipment – CMM, dial indicators, comparator etc
  • Strong reasoning abilities with sound judgment
  • Solid communication skills both verbal & written

CNC Machine Operator I - CNC

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to set up typical Multi-Axis Itaya CNC wire formers (MCX and MX type machines)
  • Ability to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, comparator)
  • Ability to read & interpret Blueprints in English & Metric
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communications skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to work OT as required
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted

Buyer - Purchasing

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5 yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic knowledge of raw materials and manufactured components a plus
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Ability to work as part of a self directed work team as well as independently

Quality Technician 2 - Quality

1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience in all aspects of spring inspection
  • 1st piece inspection, in process and final inspection of wire forms, compression, extension and torsion springs required
  • Ability to record quality results on inspection forms. Maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels or quality studies
  • Perform assigned routine tests on product in process or finished product where results are compared with Company standards
  • Ability to perform capability studies required
