CNC Technical Lead

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with additional college-level courses in engineering and/or management desired.
  • Proficient with Master Cam.
  • Works with Caron System and Elbo Control Tool Setter.
  • Experience operating CNC machines, creating new programs and making adjustments to existing programs.
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment. CMM, dial indicators, comparator, micrometer and gauging.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.

Coiler Set-up - Small Coil - ***HIRING BONUS- $2,000***

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years coiling experience
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding of blueprints
  • Ability to use common inspection equipment (Micrometers, Verniers, Comparators Load testers, Etc.)
  • Knowledge of Sleeper & Hartely coilers series 7900 & 790 & BHS
  • Ability to take direction both written & verbal in order to carry out daily assignments
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team environment

Process Engineer - Engineering / Tool Cell

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • BS Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineer
  • Computer skills required: All Micro-soft office applications
  • CAD-CAM; Auto-Cad / SolidWorks
  • Multi-Tasking and good organizational skills required
  • 4-6 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5S, etc.).
  • Ability to read blue prints and analyzes its feasibility to be manufactured.
  • Familiar with principles of concurrent engineering and design for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Prior experience in automotive and electronics metals stamping a plus.

Manufacturing Engineer-Production – Metal Form MFG

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (BSME)
  • 4-6 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and its components (i.e. Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5S, etc.)
  • Ability to read blue prints and analyze GDT requirements
  • Familiar with principles of concurrent engineering and design for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality standards and practical experience with the use of statistical process control in a production environment
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with the use of statistical process control in production environments (MINI Tab)
  • CAD Literate. Capable of using CAD for creating specifications for fixture/assembly aids, gauges and machine designs, as well as floor plans
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining visual work instructions

Spring Coiler Technician - ***HIRING BONUS – $5,000.00*** - ***4 weeks PTO***

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Performs routine checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections of material, product in process, and finished goods, including first piece, in process and final inspection of wire forms, compression, extension, and torsion springs; supporting manufacturing operation while working in the quality assurance department.

Qualifications:

  • 1st piece inspection on Helical Springs and wire forms.
  • Performs assigned routine tests on product in process or finished product where results are compared with customer standards.
  • Inspects parts visually for any defects.
  • Working knowledge of Spring manufacturing methods and the ability to understand Spring design concepts.
  • Must be capable of utilizing various Spring measurement equipment; such as including but limited to micrometers, calipers, spring load testers, optical comparator. Etc..
  • Notifies leader or supervisor when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits.
  • Needs to be able to direct / guide manufacturing personal in the development of springs to meet drawing requirements.
  • Must be familiar with support operations; such as grinding ends, shot peen, heat treat / stress relief, set removal, tumble. Etc..
  • Records dimensional results on various inspection forms. Ex QIP.
  • Using SPC charts as required ensuring process capability. Understands basic SPC principles; such as CpK/PpK, Standard Deviation, Etc.
  • Make recommendations on disposition of questionable product to supervisor/leader.

Quality Technician 2 - Quality

1st shift – 7:00am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • 6 month -1 yr minimum experience in a manufacturing industry in a Quality Tech role
  • Performs inspection on parts using hand tools, Comparators and other inspection equipment
  • High school or technical school education or equivalent with Mathematics emphasis
  • Ability to stage parts for measurement according to the print and/or specification including GD&T specifications as appropriate
  • Ability to record quality results on inspection sheets, maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels or quality studies
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, environmental, safety and good housekeeping standards

Tool & Die Maker – Secondary Power Press ***HIRING BONUS- $2,000***

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in maintenance & trouble shooting of secondary tooling
  • Ability to read and understand blue prints, GD&T as needed for production
  • Well versed in all measuring equipment
  • Ability to set up and use all tool making machinery
  • Ability to operate various secondary press.
  • Self starter with strong work ethic / production oriented

Maintenance Machinist / Welder - Maintenance - ***HIRING BONUS- $2,000***

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • High School, Trade School graduate or demonstrated equivalent skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field of machine maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Welding experience a plus
  • Ability to operate Forklift equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to make independent judgment decisions

Maintenance Mechanic - Maintenance - ***HIRING BONUS- $1,000***

1st shift – 7:00am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • High School, Trade School graduate or demonstrated equivalent skills.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. Will train someone with automotive mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.

Fourslide Tool & Die maker – Fourslide ***HIRING BONUS- $2,000*** - 2 openings

2nd shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Set-up – Trouble shooting, Component Fabrication and Production Four slide and secondary tooling.
  • CT approved (apprenticeship completed) journeyperson
  • Ability to read - understand blue prints and GDT as needed for production manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with the use of statistical process control in production environments. Progressive stamping background required

Set-up Operator - Fourslide - ***HIRING BONUS- $1,000***

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • High School, Trade School graduate or demonstrated equivalent skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in set-up, trouble shooting, and production operation of Multi-Slide/Fourslide/Verti-Slide machines
  • Ability to read-understand blue prints as needed for production manufacturing.
  • ASQ Certified Calibration Technician preferred but not required
  • Ability to Set-up, adjust & operate Fourslide machines (V81 & V82)
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with the use of statistical process control in a production environment

  • Must have Progressive Die Set Up experience,Must have experience with power presses (i.e. Minster, Brudrer, Seyi), Wintress Press controls and in tonnage from 100 to 330 tons

Progressive Die & Fourslide Tool Designer - Engineering/Tool Cell

1st shift – FLEXIBLE HOURS

Qualifications:

  • Expert in Design of Complex Progressive Dies / Secondary Tooling / Fourslide Tools
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Expert in using CAD-CAM Software : SolidWorks / Auto CAD
  • Proficient in toolroom inspection equipment
  • Directs/assists in all phases of production implementation to production release.
  • Designs tools and dies necessary to produce parts to customer specifications.
  • Design gauges to verify print to blueprint
  • Frequently lends technical support to toolmakers, customers and CSS vendors in the design method and ultimate production of a proposed item.

Sales Representative - Sales

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • This job requires approximately 40-50% overnight travel.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/OEM industries and working within B2B environments.
  • Ability to Identify new and follow-up on existing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work with Inside Sales Coordinator and Program Managers to process and deliver RFQs/RFPs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter.

Associate Program Manager - Sales

1st shift

Qualifications:

  • An associate’s degree or higher in a business or technical field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/OEM industries and working within B2B environments.
  • Assist Program Managers with day-to-day project tasks including organizing meetings, following up on open items, documenting actions and progress.
  • Work with Inside Sales Associate and Program Managers to process RFQs and help coordinate estimates required to quote new and existing products.
